The window shuts as Chris goes to the front door, which also won't open. Chris finds that it's either locked or jammed and worse, that none of the boys claimed to shut the window. Chris agrees to find Greg alone despite also finding out that the lights don't work. Chris doesn't find anything upstairs but as he goes downstairs, audio and visual distortion comes in.
