The Assassin was a minor antagonist in Dark Harvest.
He was a member of the Order's New England Chapter who was tasked with killing Chris and Alex in late 2015.
He first appeared in The Massachusetts Footage (Nov. 4, 2015).

Appearance[]
The assassin appeared to be a slim adult male and he wore a dark-colored hoodie, jeans, and a white shirt. His most distinctive feature was his mask, which was colored both white and black. The meaning behind the colors is currently unknown.
Character[]
Not a lot was known about the assassin's personality, other than he appeared to be loyal to the Order and faithfully carried out his assigned task, only to fail at the cost of his life. He also seemed like a relentless individual. After failing to kill Chris with his first shot, he waited patiently for him to come out of hiding for a second chance.
History[]

In late 2015, Chris and Alex arrived in Massachusetts to collect a care package left by Charlie McDowell at a dead drop in the woods. He watched from a distance as Chris located the package and approached it. Armed with a sniper rifle, the assassin fired a shot at Chris but because Chris wore kevlar under his coat, the shot only incapacitated his target, who then took cover behind a rock. While watching out for Chris' next move, the assassin did not anticipate Alex's sneaky arrival. Alex held the assassin at gunpoint and ordered him to drop the rifle and stand up. The assassin obeyed, but was immediately shot and killed. Chris displayed fear and curiosity over the assassin's differently colored mask before he and Alex fled the woods with Charlie's care package.
